The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at University of California San Diego (UCSD) is proud to host the Regional Leadership Development Conference (RLDC) for 2010. We believe that this conference will act as a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the relationship within the SHPE community, at the same time provide rising regional student leaders an opportunity to fine-tune their leadership skills. Students will be challenged to work as a team with a case-study competition, that will take place throughout the conference. Through workshops students will learn valuable information that will improve their proficiency as student leaders. This is going to be a fantastic conference with valuable information that any student considering taking a leadership position should consider attending.
